This past Friday (Sept. 24th), about 100 journalists, music industry peers and family members gathered inside Loretta Lynn’s 18,000-square-foot Coal Miner’s Daughter Museum to celebrate Loretta’s 50th year in the business. It was 50 years ago this year when Loretta recorded her very first country single I’m A Honky Tonk Girl, and she’s still entertaining fans today.
