In honor of the late John Denver’s birthday today, here’s John performing one of his greatest country hits, Thank God I’m A Country Boy, live. Thank God I’m A Country Boy went to number one on both the Billboard Hot 100 and the Billboard Hot Country charts. It’s remains one of the best country songs of all-time. Enjoy!

Video Tribute: Dear Johnny – In Memory Of John Denver 14 Years Later

Fourteen years ago on October 12, 1997, John Denver was killed in a freak plane crash right off the coast of California at Pacific Grove. It was a huge blow to Denver fans worldwide as John was only 53 years old. This video was put together as a tribute to John four years ago, and I think it’s a great way to celebrate the life of an American music icon. We miss you John. And, below the tribute is one of my favorite videos of a young John Denver performing Rocky Mountain High. Enjoy the tribute.
