Incredible Live Performance From Guy Clark Singing ‘Dublin Blues’

If you’re not familiar with Guy Clark, you are in for a rare treat. He is definitely one of the greatest singer-songwriters the world has ever known. This song is called Dublin Blues.

Kenny Chesney’s new album out in October called Hemingway’s Blues was inspired by Guy Clark, and the last track on the album is the title track, which was written by Clark. Listen, admire and enjoy!

In 1957, Patsy Cline scored her first top five hit on the Billboard Hot Country charts. Walkin’ After Midnight peaked at number two on the charts, and she seemed poised to take over the charts. However, Patsy didn’t chart another song until four years later when I Fall To Pieces went to number one in 1961. She would go on to score four more top ten hits before her untimely death in a plane crash on March 5, 1963. Patsy’s Walkin’ After Midnight is the 7th video in our Sunday Country Music Legends Flashback Marathon. Enjoy!
