Steve Earle To Release New Album And Debut Novel In 2011

According to CMT.com, Steve Earle is releasing a new album in April and his debut novel in May. Both the album and novel are titled I’ll Never Get Out Of This World Alive. Hank Williams fans will recognize the title as the title of the last single Hank released during his lifetime.

The album comes out on April 26, and the book is slated for a May release. One of the tracks on the album is This City, which was featured in the HBO series, Treme. Here’s Earle performing This City live in concert. Enjoy!
