New Music Wednesday – Taylor Swift’s Official Music Video For ‘The Story Of Us’

Taylor Swift’s new video for The Story Of Us premiered last night on MTV and MTV.com. It was released on MTV because the song is being released as a pop song rather than a country song. I’m sure it will chart on the country charts as well, but look for this one to climb the pop charts very quickly. If you’re a Taylor Swift fan, you’re going to love this song and video. Enjoy!

2011 ACM Awards Performances From Brad Paisley w/Alabama, Taylor Swift and Darius Rucker’s Emotional Performance

In case you missed it last night, Brad Paisley was joined on stage at the 2011 ACM Awards by country legends Alabama during his performance of Old Alabama. Click here to watch their performance.

Taylor Swift, with banjo in tow, performed a new song called Mean. Watch her performance here.

And, one of the best and most emotional performances of the night came from Darius Rucker who was joined on stage by a group of young adults with development disabilities. Together, they performed Music From The Heart. Enjoy!

Reba McEntire, Carrie Underwood, Zac Brown Band, Alabama, And More To Perform On April 3rd’s ACM’s

The Academy of Country Music announced more artists today who’ll perform at the ACM awards ceremony on April 3, 2011 in Las Vegas. They include James Taylor, Zac Brown Band, Carrie Underwood, Blake Shelton, Reba McEntire, Alabama, Dierks Bentley, Martina McBride, Sara Evans and Ronnie Dunn.

The academy had previously announced that Jason Aldean, Keith Urban, Taylor Swift, Miranda Lambert, Toby Keith and Brad Paisley would perform on the show. Sounds like a pretty darn good lineup to me. And, of course, the show will be hosted by Reba and Blake Shelton.

One Year Ago Today, Taylor Swift Dominated The Grammy Awards Winning Four Awards

The 52nd Annual Grammy Awards last year could have been renamed the Taylor Swift Grammy Awards as she walked away with four awards. The biggest of the four awards was for Best Album where she beat out Beyonce, Lady Gaga, The Black Eyed Peas and the Dave Matthews Band. Taylor Swift Performing A Private Concert As Part Of JetBlue’s Live From T5

During her album release week for Speak Now, Taylor Swift stopped by New York’s JFK Terminal 5 and performed a private concert for travelers as part of JetBlue’s Live From T5 concert series.

Taylor then boarded a JetBlue flight with her fans and interviewed with them at 30,000 ft as they flew to Los Angeles. The video below features the interview as well as her performance of Mine, Back To December And Speak Now. Enjoy!
